  1. ​Once you complete and submit the form below, we will do our best to match you up with a tutor that fits your needs.
  2. The tutor will then contact you directly to set up a day and time for tutoring and to answer any questions you might have.
  3. The tutor will alert the office that a start date has been set and a contract will be sent to you to complete and bring to the first session. Hard copies can be picked up at the front office, as well.

  • Regular Tutoring (K-8 classes) - $53.00/hour session
  • High School Tutoring (9-12 classes) - $55.00/hour session
  • SAT/ACT Prep - $65.00/hour session
  • Adult/College Tutoring - $65.00/hour session
  • Wilson Reading System® Tutoring - $65.00/hour session (recommended 2x per week totaling $130/week)
